Great service when they show up but they've cancelled our appointments and ghosted us on our last appointment! Efforts to contact them privately have been unmet but they still seem to have time to notify clients by email of their rates increasing. Very unimpressed with the lack of communication/response and disregard for our time and business.

I never write reviews but this experience has been so stressful and disappointing. I thought these people must just not like us, but just learned that our neighbours have had a similar experience (including not showing up to cleanings and not responding to calls or texts) so felt it important to write something. We hired cleaners because of sickness / disability / and pregnancy i.e because we are struggling, which these folks know.
