Clinic was amazing and all of the teachers in clinic were great. Overall, it was a good hands-on experience and I was able to place implants with real patients. However, the course lacked enough didactic training for doctors with limited to no surgical extraction experience. There was very little depth on suturing techniques or flap designs before surgery, which should absolutely be covered before participating in live implant cases. I was referred to Live implant Training by a friend. I joined about three years ago. My surgical skills and implant placement has improved dramatically. The amount of knowledge I acquired cannot be described by words. My brother and I took the Level 3 All-on-X live implant training course in Valparaiso, Mexico, in February 2026, and it was hands down the best educational experience of our careers. The curriculum is incredibly practical and high-yield. I do not recommend any of their courses to anyone. It’s extremely unorganized, they use very low quality instruments and biomaterials. Majority of implants fail because they simply don’t know what they’re doing. Many of their locations got shut down and they keep opening new ones in different locations. Faculty who’s teaching there are just a bunch of guys who took this course earlier. They will not teach you how to place implants properly. Avoid at all cost. There’s many good courses out there to learn implants.
