We made an appointment for 11:15 (they were supposed to open at 11) at 9 am. We waited from 11 until 11:30 and no one showed up to open the facility. Called multiple times and only got answering machine.
Brittany and Madonna are great! Highly recommend this place. It's been a great experience.
The staff was nice enough.. unfortunately yesterday was the SECOND time I drove 45 minutes to get my bi-weekly shots & they were closed during business hours. I follow them on social media, there was no heads up there either. Extremely unprofessional for a business in the health and wellness space
This place is awesome! The space is very inviting, relaxing and clean. I choose to have my treatment in the private room. Kaylyn was great! She answered all my questions over the phone before I scheduled my treatment. She administered my drip with ease, answered more questions, and made me feel so comfortable, being this was my first time. I would highly recommend Live Hydration Spa!
