Ms Betsy’s MFR therapy helped relax the tightness and stiffness. Helped me get back to yoga and exercises. The post session care and homework helped maintain and improve the joint movements.

My journey for MFR began after a major hip surgery left me feeling somewhat hopeless that I would never be able to run again due to all of the soft tissue pain. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Live Fee Myofacial Release. Betsy is truly amazing. I have been dealing with hip pain for the last year. Neither my family practitioner, nor my rheumatologist knew exactly what to make of it. They gave me a few helpful pointers, which did help it to some degree.
