Steve repaired our AC unit for us over the Independence Day weekend. He showed up when he said he would and did all he could to resolve our issues. His rates were fair and he was transparent from the start about what we could expect. We usually camp in the area a few times a year. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Steve if we needed something on a future visit.
Amazing service. He went above and beyond coordinating with Brinkley customer service for our recall, got the parts overnighted, and followed up with UPS when the parts were delayed due to a UPS "emergency situation". Once he received the parts, he was here within an hour. Amazing service you just can't find anymore. Thank you Stephen!
Broken leaf spring on a fifth wheel!! So I had a 40ft useless paperweight stuck in my driveway. Live Free RV was recommended as someone who could handle suspension issues (most won’t touch it). Steve was awesome from the beginning. Very communicative through text and phone. Upfront regarding pricing and schedule availability. Had Steve do a Hybrid inspection on a 2018 Host cascade. Rate was 600.00 dollars. Unfortunately only 3 stars due to not letting me know about the Quad entry stairs to the rv were bent and not working properly. Seller asked me when I arrived if inspector mentioned the entry stairs being broken and I said no he did not. Had I known I would definitely offered less. Now two entry stairs ordered but did not fit. Finally ordered direct from host thru Lippert for correct quad foldable entry stairs. Also no mention of refrigerator t... read more
