Steve was excellent - very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, worked with me to make sure I understood how the issue was fixed so I could do so myself if it happened again, was very transparent in everything he was doing and charging for, and was extremely fair in his assessment and fees. Steve was very professional, sat and explained everything with us if we didn’t understand what was going on. He was very efficient and polite, he kept me updated on everything going on and as soon as my new ac was delivered he made sure to have the day of and after open (just incase it was delivered to late for him to come out) so he could come install it.

Thank you Steve for being quick in finding my water leak. Unfortunately I had you run 45 minutes for the replacement part but after it was replaced all is great. We were able to keep camping and enjoy knowing that it was fixed properly.

Steve was a great help recently when our water pump suffered a crack and leaked water into the mechanical room, our converter suffered water damage that appeared a couple days later. We noticed the 12V lights were getting dimmer and then noticed a low volt warning on the auto level system. I called Steve and we did some troubleshooting to determine the converter was bad. Steve offered to find us a replacement and come out to swap it out. He found the replacement part and negotiated with the parts department to ensure the bes... read more
