This gym has a small community feel with a whole lot of love! Everyone is so welcoming regardless of age or fitness level. It is an inviting group of women who support and encourage each other in workouts and life. ❤️

I was so hesitant walking in to this gym - um hello the owner is super fit (as expected) but SUPER NICE. I was not expecting it and thought it would change after I had enrolled but no! I love going and cannot wait to go back again soon. Kristin always makes me feel welcome but so do all the people there. In a world where many people are out for themselves this gym is filled with teamwork and love.

By far the best gym ever!!! The owner is fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful! The atmosphere is positive and welcoming! No other place I would want to work out at. Thankful to have find this gem!

I love the positivity that radiates from the owner all the way down to all the members. Someone is always willing to help you get the technique right. The classes are so much fun and tough at the same time. It also doesn't hurt that the owner, Kristin , when she teaches is hilarious on the mic 🎤! I always leave with a smile on my face and the feeling that I'm going to be so sore tomorrow. I've never felt so welcome at a gym before. Give it a try! You won't regret it!
