Kenidi was absolutely amazing. I normally dont feel comfortable in salons due to issues in the past but she made the whole experience so calming. Will definitely be a regular after this
My daughter & I were very pleased with the cut & tinsel Kira put in my daughter's hair today. We were a few minutes late but the staff & Kira were understanding & kind, still giving the sweetness they always to! My daughter can be a little picky & change her mine even during the wash & cutting time but Kira always stays professional, patient, & kind! Thank you Kira & the Live Free & Dye staff for being amazing!
See attached photos for reference. Appt at 10:45am and out at 1:45pm with Kira. WAY TOO LONG! I asked for the cut in the referenced photo. We discussed beforehand how I wanted. See after photos, looks something like a bob but not like the photo. I specifically asked multiple times to keep front ends long, even agreed that it should be longer than my collarbone line. The experience getting hair cut its self was good with Allyson. But the big downfall is the auto addiction without telling the customer. That’s a no no and an integrity issue that’s a sleazy way of doing business. I come from a family of waitress waiters and other services where tips do a lot of good for family. Never expect tips.
