I posted a review this past June and dont see it now. We have had trouble since installation shortly after purchase May 2025. Intially it was with proper chemicals, I ended up with eye infections(to be fair they did after the fact give us another free chemical start up kit). They sent someone out to help with programming the hottub after my last post whom wasn't much more helpful than what I read online. I think I have it figured out now though.
