Bought a new top of line hot tub last summer, after 5 days running this year, had a major leak. After waiting almost 2 weeks, still no one has come to fix the leak. Can't even get through to talk with anyone and I have Braeden cell and nothing, no return calls. So very disappointed with the service, looks like they need more staff!!!!

Incredible service and friendly staff. Great selection of effective chemicals. Pool went from green to clear in 24 hours. Great instructions.
