Great, privately own fitness facility. Low-key, great classes.
If you're serious about losing weight, getting toned and staying fit, come see these folks! Lovely people, great classes. I do personal training with Marcia (amazing!!!!) and also small group classes with John (unreal!!!). Give them a try, you will never stop coming.
