GREAT addition to any massage and physical therapy
Going in to my Thai Yoga massage with Laurie, I wasn't sure what to expect being that my friend had kindly surprised me with the appointment and that I had never had a thai yoga massage before. It was one of the best most grounding massages I've ever had, let me tell you! It's a lot different then a traditional massage, but it serves a great purpose in blood flow/circulation, muscles relaxation, and stretches your entire body out.
