I just had my appointment at Live Better Hearing. I now understand completely why Dr Becky Guy left when Hearing Specialty Group was bought out by Live Better Hearing. When I went to Hearing Specialty Group in the past, Dr Guy, not the receptionist, would check my hearing aids, test them to make sure they were still operating with the programming that was set at my last hearing exam, and the visit was covered by my insurance. RecommendedKnowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I have been going here for about five years, and have never been disappointed. My advice for anyone seeking better hearing is to get your hearing aids soon. The sooner the better, for reasons better explained by the doctors. I’ve had both bottom of the line behind the ears, and top of the line completely in the canal. LOVE my CICs because I can hear so much better! Worth the investment!
