Says they open at 9. I was there at 915 and it wasn’t open. Saw a girl at the smoothie bar and she went out of view. I started to walk off but then she came back so I turned around. She saw me she walked away again. I called to see what was happening because I was interested in classes and a smoothie. Didn’t get an answer. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.
Man great amazing spectacular food. With different combinations of food. 5 star experience with food.
Ive been going to thr LAB for shakes and fitness classes for almost 2 years now. I LOVE everything about the establishment, the ladies, and the community they've created. The shakes are amazing but the fitness classes are game changing!
