Great decision joining 563! Jake is truly a coach pushing you to be better.....look forward to working with Jake for a long time. Okay coming up on a year so thought I would update my review. In the year my respect for Jake and 563 has only grown. Mike and Matt are great coaches and the 563 community has grown into a great group of people. They appreciate that everyone is there to better themselves no matter where they are on the fitness scale and they support you! Happy to say I am a member of 563.
