I first saw Sandy when I was extremely unwell and struggling to complete everyday tasks. Sandy was always kind, respectful and understanding. She took my symptoms seriously and created a gradual, paced program that helped me to gain my strength back. It was clear that Sandy had an understanding of the challenges and nuances of living with persistent pain and illness which made it so much easier to complete the program. I would highly recommend Sandy, especially if you are experiencing a complex illness.

Sandy and Beth have been treating my wife for some 18 months , who has MS . In this time the commitment to service and professionalism was outstanding. The exercises and equipment were specially tailored to my wife’s needs. We have now moved interstate , and we are very grateful for the care my wife received .

Sandy is the absolute best exercise physiologist around! She is wonderful to work with, and has helped me become stronger and fitter. She is better than any personal trainer around as she has an intricate knowledge of the body and the science involved, and tailors her program according to one’s health goals. I work in healthcare and with many allied health practitioners, so I can attest this is true. I highly recommend her services. I look forward to working with her regularly for many years ahead!
