I had gotten a mixed full set with desi last week, the same day my lashes were coming out falling out hour by hour she had very sloppy work I messaged and took pictures. I should have gotten a refund!!!! All they offered was a free touch up and then when I said a touch up isn’t gonna fix it they considered offering a free full set I spent 160$ with tip

Mixed fill on Friday, photo from this is Saturday evening/ sent to salon Sunday morning. Additionally a lash extension was glued to my eyelid and cause bleeding when it finally stopped tugging and hurting. Look outside of the rest of the review, the amount of loss, aka poor retention and pain caused are both unacceptable. I wanted to be extremely picky on how my lashes would be for my WEDDING . So me thinking , the more expensive, the more experienced the tech will be . I asked for a very soft glam look and the tech recommended a wet look which I don’t know the terms , I just trusted her judgement since she should know what i’m looking for .. I was wrong ! They were way to dramatic and all of my wedding photos, I can’t even see the happiness in my eyes :( Edit to add- no one ever reached out to me!
