I had a great experience shopping for a new road bike at Liv. They let me try the bike a few times until I was confident I made the right choice. Tennessee was amazing at advising me on the size. I ended up buying the Avail AR 2 and I’m loving it. I would highly recommend this store.

Tennessee gave my fiancée and I some of the best customer service we've ever received. We came in close to close and she was kind, patient and informative and made our order come together in record time so we could take our new bike home the same day. She even noticed one of the attachments we purchased was damaged and replaced it herself by hand. Give this girl a raise! 10/10 would come back for all of our bike/servicing needs because of her.
Went to test ride some gravel bikes yesterday and the experience at Liv was night and day compared to other shops! A lot of care taken in setting up by bike, suggesting where to ride, giving me a helmet (you’d think that was obvious) and just generally being friendly and helpful. 11/10
