I bought my first road bike here recently and it was such a pleasant experience. I went in really unsure about what I needed but Tennessee was so patient, helpful and endlessly knowledgeable while answering a million of my questions. I was very anxious going in, but I left feeling confident that I was able to find an XS women’s bike that feels right for my proportions and new goals. Would 100% 10/10 recommend this shop!

Purchased my first LIV bike and first MTB thanks to Noah. As a total newb to the sport, I really appreciated how much time he took to listen and provide such great, individualized advice. I never felt like it was just about making a sale, it genuinely felt like he was introducing someone to a sport he is clearly so passionate about. Fantastic customer service and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Went into Liv after searching around other stores in Vancouver for my first new bike purchase, and my first gravel bike. The folks at Liv were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I walked away with a dream of a bike. It was hands-down the most comfortable bike I tried out on my search - the womens specific bikes are totally worth it. Took it for a little adventure yesterday and I'm obsessed. Would 10/10 recommend!
Brad assisted me, he is very knowledgeable helpful and very friendly, he walk me through everything about getting the bikes around the store, im extremely happy, liv bike really fits well for women, I noticed I'm more comfortable in them highly recommend Liv Bike store for female riders out there.
