I had a very bad experience with Mr Boucher regarding selling my house. He is very arrogant and slow to respond to my email and text etc I was under contract with my home but he was more looking out for the buyers instead of representing me instead.. He caused even a lot of unnecessary turmoil regarding an encroachment that wasn’t the case at all.Moreover, he reported behind our back to the county regarding permitting. Great agent. He is honest, hard working, and very knowledgeable. I have bought bought and sold properties with him and he was done an amazing job every time. He is the best agent in town hands down.
