We selected LivSolar to install a solar system for us in the spring of 2023. The system has been completely inoperable for the past 3-4 months, which means that our electric bill has gone up by 200-300% plus. I purchased a home solar system with a Generac battery backup. The initial purchase and install took a little longer than they initially told me but overall the quality of the work was good. My system was activated in April of 2022. In December the beacon that connects my system to the internet failed. Generac customer service told me to contact my installer and have them put in a warranty claim. I told Joel, the owner of Liv Solar and he said he would get the warranty process started and come install the new beacon once it ... read more
