@beauty_by_tnoel treated me poorly and is fraudulent in her business practices. Tailor Noel was extremely unprofessional and did an incomplete color job. She argued with me about my feelings on her work when I respectfully reached out. She agreed to take a look at it the next day (Thursday) and then proceeded to twice ignore my texts when I tried to schedule a specific time when I reached out on wed and Thursday morning.
