Terrible experience with Christine in suite #110. Came in with already fairly blonde hair, showed her my reference and she said okay let’s do it. Unfortunately, left my appointment in tears along with a tone that was completely opposite of what I had asked for as well as brass tiger stripes of bleach and squares of bleach throughout my head that had not fully processed.
