Best little gym community ever - Jon and Liv have created a space that is welcoming, fun, and so positive. Every level and ability is welcomed and every achievement is celebrated. Everyone is there to have fun and to grow on their own fitness journey and it’s the absolute furthest you can get from an intimidating gym! Grateful to be a part of this whānau!
Such a great friendly and supportive atmosphere. Liv and Jon really care about you and the goals you want to achieve. The mix of classes are awesome and cater for all levels and abilities. It’s a gym whānau I never thought I would have but so very grateful to be a part of it!
