Great service and individual attention and concern for my illness
Neglected to inform me I would need to be in a faster state for my appt. so I didnt get anything that I came in for. Rescheduled me to come back, canceled my appt even though I had verified by text. Now I finally get another appt but they won’t move forward until I pay my outstanding balance from my first appt where I did NOT get the checkup I had scheduled.
The Medical Assistant Perlta and the lab technician were super sweet and very informative throughout my visit. I really enjoyed my visit and felt such at ease as Dr. Soederbaum Was able to answer all of my questions. I have found a new permanent doctor’s office :)
