Worst management ever. If you have a problem don't expect it to be addressed for at least a month.
I have lived here for 2 years. Take my advice and save yourself the trouble. This place is the worst building at Penn state wrapped to make it look nice. There are constant power, flooding, heat, amenity, and managerial issues. This building was built in 5 months and the cracks show time and time again. How is it possible that one of the newest buildings in State College is the ONLY building that doesn’t have power. Not even that parts of the building DO have power but certain rooms don’t. The front desk at the Oliv Highland is beyond sweet. This apartment complex is beautiful and I want to thank Alexa specifically for being incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. She always says hello and smiles when I walk in. I highly recommend considering Oliv Highland and make sure to ask for Alexa!
