Jessica has been amazing. She is always kind, inviting and warm. She makes living at the Oliv better.
Probably the worst management that any apartment building could have. Yes, you might see the glamour and glitter from the outside via all the amenities and positive reviews (which they bribe the residents to do to win gift cards or other sweepstakes). But after living here for two years, I have to tell you this is some of the worst management at any place in State College. You pay large price tag per month, but end up not being able to use anything they advertised due to mismanagement or poor excuses from the staff. For exam... read more
