I have always had a good experience with James - No complaints ! He's very easy to talk to !
Wonderfully, empathetic and compassionate person.
Very unprofessional, unhelpful, had come 2 times for walk ins requested an in person appointment not over computer waited a couple of weeks and when I got there it wasn’t in person. Very frustrated with the process. Met with a case worker 2 weeks ago was handed a resource sheet that isn’t accurate. A lot of numbers disconnected or doesn’t help with what is on the list. Do not recommend
