Wonderful staff. They all made me feel comfortable and treated me with courtesy and respect. MD Kohly was so professional and even thougt I was nervous she explained everything that she was doing to make the process so seamless. When I got home and called back due to blood tinged runny nose. The team acted quickly and listened to my concerns. They ultimately called in antibiotic to my pharmacy. I appreciate the service and would recommend again.
We had the BEST experience at Liv Endodontics. Danielle was amazing with getting my 11 year old daughter comfortable and answered all of her questions. She truly has the patience of a saint. Dr. Higgins was amazing. He was kind, courteous , professional and gave my daughter the best care. He told her exactly what he was doing and what she should feel vs what would be an abnormal feeling. I was in desperate need of a root canal and Liv Endodontics was able to help me! Everyone was nice and professional. My doctor was personable with a sense of humor. He explained everything he was about to do. I didn't feel stupid for asking questions. Excellent eye contact with me as the patient. I felt like I was good hands. And I highly recommend this dental office!
I don't write reviews often but I was compelled to do so. I had a very positive experience. The office closes at 5:30. I just called on a Friday at 5:26pm. The front desk picked up right away. She was friendly, helpful, patient and compassionate. I wish I remembered her name to give her the full credit she deserves. I am sure she gets calls like mine all the time. I was referred here by my dentist office. I wound up receiving an emergency root canal. My Dr was great and she was very personable. They explained everything about the procedure to me . I was very comfortable and not in pain. Office was very clean as well. Highly recommended.
