I never thought I’d say this, but my root canal at LIV Endodontics was actually… kind of great? Dr. Kohly was awesome — super calm, professional, and reassuring, and somehow made me forget that someone was literally working on my tooth. This was the best root canal experience I have ever had. I consider myself an expert having had at least 10 over time. Dr. Barrios has a gentle hand and her injections did not hurt. Anytime I felt pain I was giving additional Novocain . I only have a residual headache not pain like I previously would have. The nitrous oxide was generously administered and helped me relax. He has had a very difficult time with his teeth, and from the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff treated him with kindness, compassion, and respect. I went to my dentist today for severe tooth pain. He referred me to Dr. Kholy who saw me same day as my dentist explained the weekend was approaching and he did not want me to remain with pain and discomfort . I had a root canal done within an hour of seeing Dr. Kholy. Dr. Kholy and staff were efficient, kind, attentive and informative. I knew I was in good hands and felt comfortable. Dr. Higgins is very personable and professional; he answered my questions without hesitation. He and his assistant, Chanel have a great sense of humor. The front desk staff made me feel welcomed. Wait time is very reasonable. Parking is good. Waiting room is small but this makes them efficient at getting people in and out.
