I recently underwent a root canal procedure with Dr. Higgins, and I must say, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Typically, dental visits make me quite anxious, but from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had - across all industries. Every interaction I had with their team was a positive one - you can see they’ve created a culture where everyone is valued. From the initial phone call through the conclusion of my root canal, I was treated with patience and respect. The office is immaculate and they actually got me in before my appointment time as I had arrived 20 minutes early. If you have the opportunity- do not go anywhere else.
Today my was first consult with Dr Kohly. She was very knowledgeable, very thorough in her analysis and also very caring. She listened very patiently and intently to every question I asked, and she provided thoughtful answers to every question. Excellent bedside manners! She truly gained my trust and my confidence. Based upon my initial experience with Dr Kohly, I highly recommend her for all your endodontic needs.
I recently was a patient getting a root canal done for the first time. I must say it was a very pleasant experience considering the procedure. Dr Rahmani and his assistant explained every step in details as they was doing it, which help ease my mind. They numbed me up very well and the procedure went pretty quickly. I am pleased to give them 5 stars and more. 😀
As a first time patient, I was welcomed at the door, immediately. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Higgins took time to explain what was happening, what needed to happen, and how it would happen. I appreciate that.
