I scheduled an in person tour and Lane was super helpful. We walked and saw all 3 available 2 bedroom floorplans so I could get an idea of which I liked best. She walked me around the facility and explained locations of everything along the way. It was a great tour and great experience.
The trash dumpster is often overflowing with garbage, so they could do a better job of keeping that area clean. They also like to rent out areas of the property for private parties. My understanding is that those spaces are for residents to use. When they rent those spaces out they are essentially stealing from the residents who pay rent to use those spaces. Any money they are making from renting those spaces should be paid to the residents in the form of a rent reduction. Someone should take them to court on this.
Having lived here for 2.5 years now, the place feels like home. With beautiful amenities and amazing staff since I joined, and plenty of unique activities including resident appreciation week, I love it all! Even the maintenance staff is extremely responsive and helpful!!
