I was really interested in living at this property based on all the reviews but my experience has been disappointing. I scheduled a 9am tour and no one arrived until 9:30am. The gentleman that helped me was very kind. I have a few more questions and can't get anyone to call or email me back.
I've been at Liv Avenida a year and a half and I can honestly say I love coming home everyday. I feel safe here, I can leave my bikes on the patio and not have them stolen. The neighborhood outside the complex is very nice and has a lot of grassy areas and ponds to walk around. The front staff is always so friendly and address issues in the moment.
