This was my first apartment I've ever rented and the bar has been set high! We toured 5 other properties before settling here. Over the past 14 months I've experienced a great community with a property that is well laid out, great amenities that are truly open 24/7 and a caring staff who are also good, normal people.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AS HELL AND THE GIRL UP FRONT SEEMS TO BE RACIST AND WILL ONLY SHOW THE PROPERTY TO THOSE WHO LOOK LIKE HER!YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WAY SHE GREET PEOPLE BASED ON RACE!THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY JUST SIT AROUND ON THEIR PHONES!
Liv Avenida was a great place to call home! I moved here blindly from out of state without seeing anything first and everything turned out great. The office staff Lane and Lexi are always caring friendly and quick to respond. The grounds have multiple people working the maintenence crew and any requests put in are fixed same day. Anytime service is needed from replacement of a battery in a hallway to replacement of a dishwasher the service is done the same day! Efficiently , neatly and quickly! Great maintenance Team!
