Where do I start…..Living here has been great. Why the 2 stars? It bothers me to even have to leave the such considering every other aspect of this place is on point. When I first moved into the complex, the front charger was working. I purposely chose my apartment location as it was next to the front and walking distance from this electric vehicle charger. I have lived here 2+ years. Can't be more appreciative of the staff, residents & facilities. Rentals compare to a executive hotel with full complement of home essentials and bicycles. Greatest dog park with monthly "YAPPY HOUR" featuring treats & toys (great way to meet fellow pet lovers)! Super club house has a self-contained private work space with self-serve 24 hour ( STARBUCKS QUALITY) coffee, hot choclate & espresso. Hot tub, pools & very well equipped gym are always available. Living here has been amazing! Maintenance is always fast, amenities are clean and updated, and the events they have are really awesome! 10/10 would recommend
Apartment is on point, I highly recommend Lexi and Lane theyre Super helful + all the extras (happy Hour) activities every month..Im Glad I moved here.
Our A/C stopped working again, so I call the office. From Lane taking my call and getting the maintenance crew over to our apartment quickly and checking out the issue and finding out we needed that the Freon needed topping off, that needs to be done on the roof. Making sure the system is running properly. Plus Lane also found that I had an issue on the application and she helped me correct that issue. Total team effort. Thank you all. 👍👍
