This has been the best apartment complex that I’ve lived at since being in Arizona. It is definitely worth the cost that you’re paying. My favorite thing about Liv is going to the dog park and walking my dogs around the complex. Everything is nearby and I always feel safe within and around the complex. I’ve had a really good experience living at Liv Avenida. The property is nice and the amenities are great. Everything is always clean and well taken care of, which makes it a really comfortable place to live. David, the maintenance supervisor, is always helpful. Anytime something comes up he’s quick to take care of it and makes sure everything gets fixed the right way. Lexi, the property manager, has also been great. The front office absolutely handles everything with the most professional and quickest responses! They are a great clean place to live! And extending was a sinch!
Best place I have lived in Arizona. The quality of apartments, amenities, and amazing staff make this the only place I want to live. The gym that opens to the pool is such a great perk
