The maintenance team at LIV is hands down the best out there! Daniel was fast, polite, and resolved all of the requests I placed without missing a beat. He was especially knowledgeable when it came to troubleshooting our AC issue. It's so reassuring knowing we have such a responsive and skilled team taking care of our community. Thank you, Daniel!
Liv Avenida is a beautiful property, and we had a great experience! Lane was incredibly helpful, informative, and welcoming throughout the process. We really appreciated the time and effort taken to answer our questions and make everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
Lane was super kind, always very helpful. I loved the amenities and they are open 24 hours which is a plus. Great place to live :)
Lane Farrell is the coolest most kindest person I’ve ver met!!!
