Very disappointing my cousin lives here and for the money it is definitely unkept. The beach pool doesn’t have tiles on the wall and all the furniture looks like it was picked out of the dumpster. Make sure you inspect everything up close when touring I was going to move in with my cousin now my cousin is breaking her lease to move with me to a different apartment complex. No stars

We love Liv Ahwatukee. We moved here from Chicago in July 2019 with our 8 year old son and two small dogs. The grounds and amenities facilities are very clean. Staff is very friendly and responsive. A shout out to Victoria and Jessica at the front office. We are loving it here until our home is built and could not have picked a better community to live in.
I’ve been living here for 2 yrs now and love it! If you’re looking for a great place to live, this is it!
Liv Ahwatukee is a fabulous place to live. The whole staff is super nice, prompt in dealing with any issues, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The grounds are professionally landscaped and beautiful, kept clean at all times. The amenities are plentiful and lots of free fitness available. Thank you to all the staff at Liv Ahwatukee.💕
My experience at Liv has been amazing! The amenities are amazing. It’s quiet, yet a fun community. Neighbors are great. Plenty of social events if you want to get social, and also quiet if you want to relax and be peaceful. The management is exceptionally great and will always make sure you’re taken care of. No complaints.

Liv Ahwatukee is absolutely beautiful. Lived here for 2 years. Property is gorgeous, amenities are amazing. Going to miss that great gym. Liv like no other. Highly recommended.
