Cockroaches. Robbers LIVE in this building. They will steal your grocery delivery, steal from your grocery bags if you’re out having a smoke, steal from the dryer. You name it, they’ll take it. And don’t even bother trying to call Admin, they won’t answer and they don’t care about complaints. They’re also doing construction on ALL balconies and aren’t offering rent rebates or giving a date when the Reno will be done. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DO NOT LET THEM LIVE HERE.
Waiting for work to be done on my unit. They say they put in a work order..but nothing gets done. Months I am still waiting.
The management company does not keep building clean.
