1. I called the Dr’s office Wednesday: A nurse answered on cell phone said she’d get back next day. Never did. I called to give her the med approved by insurance company (insulin). I called again on Thursday and the receptionist answered the phone and mentioned the insulin med approved by the insurance company. She said she’d speak with the Dr. She never did and didn’t call it in to the pharmacy. The Dr took me off Glipizide with my Tuesday appointment.My readings began to sky-rocket…183. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Liu is extremely knowledgeable and informative. The office worked together to promptly retrieve test results and schedule further necessary tests, all during my appointment. Dr. Liu personally spoke to the Diagnostic office to discuss the ultrasound results. What a breath of fresh air and far cry from the impersonal, factory run offices where you are less than a number and lost in the shuffle. Dr. Liu’s office may very well be the last of its kind for miles and miles.

Dr Liu listens to what you say. Asks appropriate questions and explains things very well. Dr Liu is an excellent Physician. The office could use some redesigning, painting and cleaning.
