Dr. Litz & his staff are always kind and understanding. Dr. Litz is very analytical in his approach, listening to all symptoms and offering thorough testing if needed. I was suffering from chronic hives and he was attentive and supportive in helping work through a treatment plan. Only constructive feedback is wishing I could interact online with his office.
At first, in the Dr. - patient relationship, Dr. Litz seems a bit "aloof" and "cold" in his "bedside manner;" however, over time, his very sensitive, caring side is revealed, which is evident by the "extra" things he does "beyond the minimum" for his patients. Once he followed me out into to the parking lot to discretely give me a referral to a physician that his wife used for a particular medical problem I had mentioned during the exam.
