I’ve been going to Dr. Litvinova’s office for annual checkups for years now and it’s gotten worse. Nobody answers the phone. She seems to only see patients in the office a few days per month, which leads to waiting months to see her from booking an appointment. Need to reschedule? Good luck. No complaints in terms of her past treatment.

If you're scheduling your annual check-up, avoid this office. I received an unexpected bill two years later. Find a reputable doctor's office in the city that won't tack on additional charges to preventive services, forcing you to pay out of pocket. Additionally, the office staff were rude, and I had to wait an hour past my appointment time. The doctor was okay.

Dr. Litvinova's nice and caring enough but the office is awful. After not seeing them for over a year because I moved the sent me multiple illegitimate bills for bills I ALREADY PAID. They also ignored my request that I sent through their approved patient portal for an appointment when I was sick with COVID in fall of 2023. Doctor litvinova is a truly fantastic doctor but I had to stop coming to the practice after chronic lateness. I’ve been going for over a decade but my appointments always start at least 45 minutes late, sometimes well over an hour. I tried scheduling one of their first appointments this time and hustled in early and was still waiting over half an hour. I saw the Dr once and she was very nice & thorough but in the 2 years since I couldn’t get a follow up appointment. I have called, emailed, used their automated booking system (I just constantly got autogenerated messages saying they were still trying to get me an appointment, then eventually the messages stopped.) I saw a specialist independently and they needed to inform my Dr of some medication they had prescribed me, and the specialist called me in total frustration that he could never reach Dr Litvinova and had to give ... read more
