Clean and good service
Never again. Arrived after the advertised 2pm check in time. Sorry your room is not ready we have a lot of long term bookings. So I’m wondering does this mean you double booked rooms? It shouldn’t matter if people stay 1 night or 10. After a short delay we are sent to our room only to find the cleaner there saying the room is not ready and even though the card given to me by the front desk has the room number I am told I have come to the wrong room. Back to the front desk to be told again sorry no rooms available. This place... read more
