I HAD to take my car to Littlewoods as it was an insurance job, a guy ran into the back of me, Only positive thing I can say is I asked them I didn't want it ridden off bcoz she's an old VT Commodore n I have sentimental value with her. I know you can't get new parts but that was fine I also asked them to put on a new front left panel as I had a ding in it from b4 that was ok price was too high I later rang around a few places n got quotes. I went to adjust my loose bumper. These guys didn't even charge me, they were just happy to help. All the people I talked to was very friendly. I highly recommend this place!
My elderly mother recently had her car in there as she needed a new front guard after being ran into, and after they finally got the new guard in, it was put on ,went to pick it up only to find (which my mother had to point out to them) they had ordered in and put on the wrong guard for the year model of her car. Surely it’s not that hard to type in the correct year model of a car before ordering it in as all the paperwork is right there in front of them- or wouldn’t anyone notice before/ whist being installed?
