This is a solid 3.6 place. It's not terrible. If you have ever stayed at a red roof inn, the building is exactly the same. The people I dealt with (owners?) were pleasant and friendly. It's easy to get to and rooms are available, just be prepared to pay a little extra for a spartan experience.
