Despicable. Long ago appt. cancelled without notice, and then after checking in, both Mgr. and Nurse had me sitting there stewing over the delay without telling me until I got up almost an hour later to ask why. I had called 8am to ask if any cancels for snowstorm, answer "NO". Waited almost an hour after checked in just to have them tell me "we cannot take blood because there is no order". If they can't get the paper right, who is stupid enough to let them stick a needle?
The VA Eye Clinic's staff & service is top notch.
Decent CBAC (out patient) location. Masks required. Comfy reception area with both electronic and human check-ins.
Right now there are no in-clinic PCPs. All PC is via telemedicine.
