The few interactions I’ve had have been very unpleasant. Workers seem like they hate their jobs for the most part and don’t want to be bothered by you. Communication is poor and seemingly rude.
All staff were super friendly and cared about their jobs and it showed. Also was able to be seen quick and wait time was 15 mins.
Our six year old broke his radius and ulna on a playground in Bethlehem and so we drove him to the Littleton Regional Healthcare emergency department. The team there saw us with no wait and provided excellent care — Dr. Lon Setnick performed a reduction that earned high compliments from the pediatric orthopedic surgeon we subsequently met with in Greater Boston.
