Our helper in a renovation project in Lisbon suddenly had a severe seizure. The staff was quick and very attentive. He was given excellent care. They were an extremely professional and kind staff. Randy and Phoebe

My experience at the ER was exceptional because of Doctor Klingler. Amazing, kind, knowledgeable. I wish he was a primary care doctor at the hospital! When I saw him, it was my third visit to hospital in a week and a half. I was in tears at this point from two weeks of constant pain. He diagnosed me with a pinched nerve in my neck. Suggested I need an MRI, gave me pain medicine, and started me on steroids that day. The lack of communication between the nurses and nurses’ assistants was atrocious! I’ve never seen anything like it in my life and would’ve gone to Dartmouth if it were closer. They ignore just about every bell and alarm that goes off. Whenever I went out for a stroll with my IV they were all just sitting around the nurses’ station gossiping. 😒 Unbelievable.

We to the ER for a fall that caused a blood clot in my splein and I was told to drink alcohol as a sober person instead of helping my pain I still can't sneeze without excruciating pain and I had security called for nothing abused by a nurse and sent home in excruciating pain and treated as a subhuman my dog's are treated better at the vet see u in court
