It is highly mismanaged with several new executive directors in less than a year. CNA’s that have no compassion or empathy for their residents. Nurses that don’t care and are only there for the paycheck. The kitchen is mismanaged. The food is 2 star at best. The building is old and riddled with problems. I would NEVER send any loved ones here if you truly cared about their health and wellbeing!

Excellent leadership team and caring empathetic staff with little to no use of temporary staffing agencies to staff the facility. Warm, energetic, positive culture and a fixture in the Littleton care community. Thank you Littleton team!

I give this place 5 Star . Aaron has been so great in my re-habitation and feel he is an asset to this team here @ Littleton Care & Rehabilitation Center. Not only that the whole team is amazing .
