I would give a negative review if I could
I am very pleased with the folks at Littleton urgent care. We have been there two times with our dog and both times the staff has been patient and thoughtful. The vet has taken significant time chatting with us about the options for next steps, which has put us at ease and given us info to make the right decision. I think both times the vet got it totally right and if we need an urgent care, we will absolutely go again. Prices are reasonable and they are very up front about them. I hesitate writing a negative review of our only emergency veterinary provider, I hope we will always have time to make it to the Concord VCA emergency veterinary hospital, but our last visit was not only 3 times more expensive for everything, as compared to the VCA, I felt that the vet didn't listen to our concerns, they didn't give us the quantity of antibiotics that were required which meant we either had to return to them, or we went somewhere else, and the visit took all day long, the VCA took 2 hours, the Littleton Eme... read more
