I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Plumley and the entire staff at Littleton Area Veterinarian Urgent Care for the compassionate care they provided during one of the most frightening moments of my life. New location is great. The staff and service were great. We were in and out in a few hours. They called the next day to check on our pup.
I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and their staff. I came in on Sunday with my dog only to return yesterday as she got worse. I ended up having to make the tough choice to put her down. EVERYONE was compassionate, kind, and understanding. I never felt like I was taking too much time, asking too many questions, or overreacting when it came to possible diagnoses.Even my incredibly sick dog was wagging her tail and excited to see all the girls which eased my mind when I had to leave for a few hours. If I could give zero stars I would. To treat someone with lack of empathy minutes after the passing of their pet in their care is unspeakable. Reading some of these other reviews I am floored at the way my daughter was treated today as she dealt with the passing of her best friend. To get conflicting information as she asks questions, which she is allowed to do and then to get attitude and disrespect is disgusting.
