Little's kept my mower for over 6 weeks and never touched it. Nothing was done to the machine. They admitted to me that they had not even looked at it. This along with the attitude of the employees is enough to keep me away. I would drive to Franklin, VA before I take another machine to these people. Not recommended!!!!!
