I have worked at Little's for many years and I've never had any issues. They trained me well on how to clock in and out, if there is a problem with anything they will sit down with you and figure it out. Love the staff and all my clients as well. I been doing home health since the 90's and this company is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I feel as long as you're doing your job it shouldn't be any issues. Period!
worked there for about a week and was not informed a client of mine had bedbugs and also had black mold in the bedroom. i told my manager and she did not even reach out to the client about my concerns, she later tried to get me to go in by telling me, “that is not how this works you need a 2 weeks quit to client in advance” even if that space was unsafe for me. i ended up making the decision to no longer work for little loves and did not ever paid the hours i worked.
