Working at littler was an amazing experience. I worked 3rds as a diecast operator under Leslie and couldn't ask for a better supervisor or co-workers. It's a shame they went out of business.
Co workers were easy to get along with. Supervisors have big egos and treat their good employees like dirt. They work you anywhere from 60-84 hours a week. It is miserable for somebody with a family.
The changes to the facility make everything look less clustered, and the robots that help with the manufacturing are very interesting.
