*update as of April 2025* I have been made aware that a tenant moved out because her apartment was infested with roaches. I didn’t have any issues with bugs until recently and they seem to get worse and worse every time I spray and put bait out. I do not recommend little page properties off the management alone. The rental properties are decent and really conveniently located but when there are issues, the manager Alejandra Casaccia has a consistent attitude. I’m not sure why she is constantly upset when presented with an issue as the property manager. My heating unit is currently out with my in house temp at 65 and outside is 37, her response to this is “Let me see if they can come back out” I’ve called multiple times with no answer. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. They’re slumlords. The condition was horrible, & they would take nearly a year to fix major structural problems. They ignored me when I told them there was a gas leak, only to have the city come out & confirm I was correct. All of us could have died because of their negligence. The property manager is really awful, also. Do not choose one of their properties. They won’t care about you. Plus, the lady who owns the company is extremely litigious so BEWARE.

lived in a property with my best friend, we were never late on rent and were very respectful to them. We were late on giving them a notice to leave after we had only received one email about it. They informed us we were late to give them notice after we had already moved out most of our stuff and we would have to be paying rent for 3 more months. Lived in the same unit for almost two years now and have finally had it. Me and my partner were considering resigning for third year, but the countless maintenance issues, shoddy/lazy repairs, total disregard shown to correspondences, and an overall growing disdain for the unit’s condition, it’s lack of amenities, and it’s management in general has forced us to shop around for a more pleasant place to call home.
