Littlefield takes care of all my vehicles. I get the skill I pay for and they have saved me hundreds of dollars as opposed to what local dealers charged me in past. Mr Littlefield is no nonsense. Also, they do not and never have painted cars so the overspray story sounds suspect. As far as rude report, possible. Though I have never had that issue and find older Mr. Littlefield funny.
People rude, uneducated, a really bad customer service, I asked questions about the service, drove us out of the place. Gente, mal educada y grosera, nos echaron del lugar por preguntar sobre costos y servicio.
Took my car in for several repairs. After four days with no word, I called them and found out that they had done all they planned to do but that the son (apparently the only one who can still work on cars) was out due to an emergency. Thought that was understandable so asked them to call when he had a chance to put the car back together. After many more days, I called to check on it again.
