This hairstylist is completely unprofessional! He has no idea how to cut hair at all! I told him to keep the length and just trim a little, and he guaranteed that cutting it shorter would look better. But he ended up cutting off 10cm! That takes 7-10 months to grow back. On top of that, the ends are uneven, absolutely terrible! I feel so upset and heartbroken about my hair!
