We love little voices, they have helped our son since he was a toddler. They have seen him grow over the last 4-5 years. He’s had to transition to different therapist and they have all been so tentative and caring for him. LOVE AND AOULD HIHGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
Poorly run office and accounting department. We just received a bill yesterday for sessions dating back to 2024 with an email indicating they changed accounting software and discovered $530 was not paid. As everyone knows, they do automatic debits or charges to a credit card for insurance balances and we paid every charge on time. They provided no back up and my daughter switched insurance companies in 2025. She did not provide us any proof about missed payments despite stating in an email she would. She is hiding behind insurance with no proof sent to us. I actually have different insurance from 2 years ago (but they always sent us updated eobs on time from what I remember) and no eob from her on my current insurance online portal from one of the days she listed. My daughter was supposed to have speech therapy here. After months of going back and forth with a women named Elizabeth through text my daughter had finally received only 2 visit from the speech therapist and it was just observations. Then I got more text from Elizabeth that the therapist did not work there anymore and my daughter would have a new therapist. Little voices is by far the best! I have been taking my daughter here for 3.5 years and everyone here has become like family and has helped her crush her goals, from feeding therapy to speech therapy. We see Danielle but there’s not one therapist I wouldn’t trust with my daughter!
