Overall, a great facility (5 stars). Great Dog Park area. Very clean. During business hours they are extremely helpful. Do NOT expect any help after hours. I called the 'after hours' line and despite requesting a urgent call back got nothing. OVERALL, great place to stay, price is good, easy on/off access from the freeway (I-10).
Truly lovely people! The park is neat and well maintained, which is a challenge in an older facility. It is obvious that the employees care about providing a friendly, safe environment. We would stop here again!
Mrs. Shawna made us feel so very welcomed! The hospitality is much appreciated. They we're very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were an awesome perk and our pup appreciated some good socializing in their big dog park. Thank you again and look forward to seeing yall again next time we pass through.
