Rude staff. The guy answering the phone for Little Valley truly does not care to help people out.
Delivered a load here—first come, first served. Very friendly and organized staff. The nursery is clean and well-maintained. Great experience overall!
Little Valley Wholesale Nursery was a frustrating experience. The staff were rude and condescending, acting as if every customer should already know everything about every plant or tree they sell. Instead of helpful guidance, they make you feel unwelcome if you ask questions. Definitely not a place for anyone seeking friendly service. One of my favorite places in all of Denver metro. Wish they had more herbs & edibles, but they do have a lot of perennial medicinals!
Walked in to see how much trees cost, was laughed at by front desk lady. She didn’t take us seriously at all. Was looking to buy 10+ trees. Walked away from us to go and pet puppies that were broght in, right in the middle of our interaction. She needs to be fired.
