Salesperson working today was not interested in talking about the modular homes for sale. I was treated like I was homeless because I had a suitcase because my flight was leaving in a few hours. As someone who is in retail management, the guy working today should not be employed in a sales position. I literally told him he's not interested in showing me around as I walked away laughing. What a joke!
Well we went in there to check out the little valley homes in Belleville ,Mich. right off 94w , with my husband .Also there prices are really high .And the sales lady well let just say they need a New lady at the desk ,she didn't ask us anything or tell us we could see the other 3 modulars that were there ,she acted like she didn't even want to be there or talk us and we were ready to buy a 5 bedroom home for our big family and put it on the land in Romulus Mich. so I will looked for another little valley elsewhere in michig... read more
Thanks for the quick response
My parents are in their 80's and are having a horrible experience with this place!! They paid in full back in July and are still waiting to get something done! It's absolutely ridiculous this is happening to them after losing everything in a house fire in June and it just keeps getting colder so I'm sure that will be their next excuse.
