ahh-mazing! – This is my new favourite place on Bourbon Street. I can have a delish hand grenade AND feel like I am in a non-touristy bar. The hand grenade is strong, but sweet and yummy!! Still can't decide if I prefer the frozen or on the ice. They have live music at night, which was not that great...but the bartenders kept us entertained. Merrideth and Bill were awesome! Oh my goodness! – I went to this bar to escape the other gaudy Tropical Isle locations as my son enjoys the hangrenades, although I don't see the draw there! It's a cute little bar among the strip clubs on that end of Bourbon, good bar atmosphere, good music etc, but it seemed that every last one of the people working there were drunk or on something! One bartender seemed to forget to wipe her nose and it DIDN'T look like Cover Girl powder to me! They were all having a wild time! Meanwhile, I had to wait awhile for my drinks... read more
